Manual lymphatic drainage and peripheral lift
This is the first step of the HOLISTIC FACELIFT METHOD™, the basis and a must-do prior to any other massage technique.
Manual lymphatic drainage opens up the lymphatic system in the full body, preparing tissues for feather manipulations.
You will learn basic manual lymph drainage moves as a hands-only technique and with a gua sha tool.
Manual lymph drainage is followed by peripheral lift. Peripheral lift is the opening and mobilization of tissues around the face: décolletage, neck, shoulders, and scalp. Facial tissues are anchored on the tissues located around, and in order to provide visual and long-lasting improvements to your clients, you have to start there.

Facial cupping is part of this training as a supportive method to drain and restore capillaries.
