​For many years, the emphasis on facial aging was superficial, with large companies promoting skincare products for topical application and the use of toxic and artificial substances injected into the skin.
However, facial aging affects more than just the skin; it impacts all layers – including bones, fat, muscles, connective tissue, and circulation. I believe that only a multifaceted approach can bring visible and long-lasting improvements.
My mission is to help women make healthier beauty choices and provide an opportunity for cosmetologists, massage therapists, and other professionals to enhance their skills.
My Holistic Facelift Method is a comprehensive system of facial manipulations that offers comparable results to injectable treatments without side effects, risks, or downtime. It is strongly supported by explanations of anatomy and aging mechanisms, providing a solid foundation for further practice.
The HOLISTIC FACELIFT METHOD™ by Maria Zabro
combines three cornestones/modules:

Manual lymphatic drainage and peripheral lift
the basis and a must-do prior to any other massage technique. Opens up the lymphatic system and preparing tissues for feather manipulations.

Myofascial release and facial lift
allows you to work on different tissue levels to improve aesthetic issues such as fine lines, wrinkles, restoring lost facial volume, or reducing excess volume in the face.

Buccal sculpting
3-in-1 inside-out sculpting, draining, and lifting technique. Address the main mimic and chewing muscles in the face.
These three modules can be studied separately, but I highly recommend following all three steps of training to complete the full circle and get certified in the HOLISTIC FACELIFT METHOD™.
